Fasting Bands were created to help get you through the fasting process. Water fasting has got to be the hardest thing I have ever done. After my first 72 hour fast, I couldn't believe how much more energy I had and how clear my thoughts were. To make the fasting more fun and to keep better track, I started wearing these wristbands. Every time I went to pull into the drive thru or eat anything bad, I looked down and got a reminder of the journey I was on. How a simple trip to the fast-food choice of the day would start me all over only to make me feel good for the moment but to ruin the rest of my day. It would totally cancel out the process, sending me back to the white band to start all over. I use these with my co-workers and family now. It's kind of fun to walk up raising your arm showing your orange band showing you made it 24 hours. I hope you all enjoy them, and they help the process. The black completed fasting band represents that you've completed your task. Fasting is completed! This band can be put on at any point when fasting is completed.
